Experienced Software Test Automation Engineer

Team: Become part of a dynamic environment with four dedicated development teams, each comprising 4-5 members, along with a professional QA team led by an experienced QA Lead. The team spans across various locations, including Vilnius and other international sites within the EU. Collaborate with senior, knowledgeable team members in a culture that values inclusive technical discussions and brainstorming sessions to drive constant improvement.

Role: As a QA Automation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in automating the testing process to efficiently identify defects. Your responsibilities include:

• Collaborating closely with the development team to establish testing strategies.
• Designing and implementing comprehensive test plans.
• Developing automated tests covering various application aspects.
• Integrating tests into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure reliable and high-quality software releases.
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues in systems under test.
• Driving the QA lifecycle within an Agile process.
• Designing test plans and cases.
• Utilizing your understanding of programming, preferably in a Microsoft environment, and familiarity with tools like GIT, Jenkins, or Jira.
• Leveraging your knowledge of databases (SQL) and eagerness to learn new tools and processes.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience with software test automation
• High education in computer science or software development
• Experience in the management of test environments and performance testing
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English
• Residence in Vilnius and a right to work in the EU
